lamb shoulder
1/4 cup black pepper sauce
1/4 cup barbeque sauce
3 tablespoon olive oil
campurkan semua sos dan perapkan lamb dengan sos sebelum digrill seeloknya semalaman.
black pepper sauce
200g sliced button mushroom
2 labu bawang besar(dicincang)
2 ulas bawang putih(dicincang)
1/2 cup black pepper sauce
1/2 cup barbeque sauce
1 tablespoon maggi concentrated chicken stock
1 teaspoon freshly grind black pepper
2/3 cup milk
3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
cara-caranya:
1.panaskan olive oil
2. masukkan bawang besar dan bawang putih dan masak sehingga layu
3. masukkan sliced mushroom dan masak hingga layu.
4. masukkan black pepper sauce, bbq sauce, chicken stock, black pepper & milk.
5. kacau sehingga sebati dan biarkan mendidih.
mashed potato:
200g potato (rebus, toskan dan lecek)
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
secubit black pepper
caranya:
campurkan semua bahan dan kacau sehingga sebati
garlic bread:
250g high protein flour
125ml milk
1/2 teaspoon bread improver
1/2 teaspoon bread softener
25g sugar
2 teaspoon instant yeast
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
40g butter garlic bread butter (from bagus baking center)
method:
1.campurkan semua bahan2 kering hingga sebati.
2. campurkan air dan uli hingga sebati.
3.masukkan butter dan uli hingga lembut.
4. leave to prove till double the size.
5. devide dough into small even size.
6. leave to prove again.
7. sapukan garlic butter dia atas roti.
8. bakar dalam oven 180 degree for 15 minutes.
9. bila nak makan, potong roti kepada beberapa bahagian(potong jgn sampai putus so that roti tu still jadik seketul.potong just 3/4 through).sapukan lagi garlic butter dicelah2 roti yg telah dipotong & di atas roti. grillkan roti sampai butter tadi meresap ke dalam roti.
rasa roti ni memang mcm pizza hut nyer garlic bread cuma pizza hut punye rapuh sikit. mush room soup tu paket punye.
